President Obama has announced the “Housing/Financial Stability Plan” to assist homeowners in qualifying for LOWER mortgage rates.

We are now taking applications for “Refi Plus“, and urge you to begin today. It’s estimated that 5 to 6 million homeowners will begin making applications for this new program beginning April 1st, 2009.

Some of the highlights of Obama’s Refi Plus includes: Upside Down LTVs, No Minimum Credit Scores, 2nd Mortgages/Lines of Credit will be “subordinated” resulting in CLTV’s as high as 150%.
